Protecting your data

The Honourable Merchants Group processes the data you submit through this portal in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data collected

Identity and contact details, data required for payroll and social insurance (AVS number, bank details, work permit), documents you upload and electronic signatures.

Purpose

This data is used solely to set up your personnel file, run payroll and meet our legal obligations as an employer. It is never sold or used for marketing.

Security and hosting

The portal is hosted in Switzerland. Forms, supporting documents and signatures are encrypted. Only the people in charge of human resources can access them, and every access is logged.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to jerome.lorido@thmgroup.com.
